Becoming a Christian, and having made God your personal refuge, doesn’t exclude you from having to face difficulties and trials in your life.

In fact, the Bible clearly states just the opposite: You can definitely expect them.

Knowing that, and understanding how best to counter the trials you are sure to encounter, will help you survive them.

Thus, even if you don’t immediately understand why the emergency occurred, you will know God is working out a plan that ultimately includes your well-being and the well-being of others — maybe even including those you love.
