Emergency Preparation

The most neglected area of preparation by Christians is that of physical preparedness.
All too often believers feel if they are spiritually prepared, they are totally prepared. Scripture indicates otherwise.
However, even when one actually begins to take the steps necessary to be prepared, there remains a significant shortcoming to the information offered by organizations, such as the Red Cross or U.S. Department of Homeland Security, to begin.
Though these otherwise splendid agencies do provide excellent lists of needed materials, they do not walk a person through the process of determining what exact food items, or amounts, should be purchased to specifically meet their personal needs.
In addition, they do not prioritize the order in which items such as food, water, hardware, or other materials should be obtained; a rather significant point if everything cannot be purchased at once.
To offset these weaknesses, the following process is offered.
